""Even the judges give him 5 stars!""
After a wrong first choice, we came to Ray. His honesty was buffered with encouragement which was much needed! The judge summed it up when she told us that his documents were in perfect order and that she wished she had more cases like his in front of her!- Cindi -

Is Bankruptcy Right for You?
Chapter 7: "Liquidation Bankruptcy"
When you work with the Law Office of Raymond J. Seo, we will work with you to conduct a bankruptcy means test, which helps determine your eligibility to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. People who are eligible can begin to eliminate debt immediately and stop pesky creditor harassment calls.
Chapter 7 bankruptcy is known as liquidation bankruptcy because, in this process, all non-exempt items will be sold to repay creditors. Find a list of all exempt items on our bankruptcy exemptions page! If your disposable income is determined by a means test to be too high to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, you can still benefit from bankruptcy by filing under Chapter 13.
Chapter 13: "Reorganization Bankruptcy"
In Chapter 13 bankruptcy, you can still receive all of the benefits of discharging and eliminating debt without having to sell assets and property. When you file for Chapter 13, you can save your home from foreclosure, stop creditors' collection attempts, and still retain your property.
Unlike liquidation bankruptcy, Chapter 13 allows you to repay your debts over time - usually within about 5 years of your file date.
Any debts that are remaining after your allotted payment plan is completed could potentially be discharged by a court. When debts are discharged, you will no longer be responsible for repaying them.
Either of these bankruptcy options may be right for you, so it is important that you contact an attorney to discuss your situation before filing.
